The Boat
The Idania Mist is a 25 foot parker that was built in 2002 its powered by a 225 hp Yamaha four stroke engine. Its huge cock pit offers plenty of room for fishing, coolers and just relaxing on the water. Its equipped with all USCG required safety equipment a Furuno fcv667 color fish finder, Northstar 951x dgps, Furuno 20 mile radar, am/fm/cd radio, 2 fire extinguishers, 16 rod holders, 2 anchors , two control stations one in the cabin and one on deck for holding a drift, trolling and even chasing a big Mako and best of all an experienced Captain.

He is a Licensed Captain USCG to 100 Ton who has been fishing the New York bight for over 20 years he started out fishing as a kid on Long Island Sound .At the age of 5 he got hooked catching snappers of the beach. As he grew older his desire to fish grew more and more. He fished any chance he could. There was nothing like setting the Hook and saying One On!!! Working on the party boats at the age of 12 fishing the winter for flounder blackfish, ling, cod, to Spring fishing for Stripers , blues, then toward the summer for big doormat fluke, sea bass and porgies he always had this dream to own his own Charter boat. That dream is now true thanks to a very supportive family who also love to fish. Our Goal is to provide you with a safe, fun and stress relieving experience on the water. We like the phrase ( Take a kid fishing) because it applies to everyone. Think about that for a second, no matter how many fish you’ve caught in your life the excitement is always there. That excitement is what gets people hooked. We don't just take you out to the fishing grounds bait your hooks
