June. 8 2009 Monday not to have a repeat of sunday we decided to take a run past sandyhook into the ocean and im glad we did. We managed 9 Stripers only keeping 4 for the table.

June. 7 2009 Sunday night was tough till 11 pm we got one shot of fish the whole night landing 1 keeper all the rain running into the bay isn't helping any, water was brown like mud.
May. 31 2009 Sunday Fished with Domonick and family weather was snotty so decided to stay in the back of Raritan Bay where theres cover and managed 3 keeper Bass and a bunch of Blues. Steady action so everyone was thrilled.

May. 23 2009 Saturday had Bob and crew down from PA for some Striped Bass we set out at 7am and found the bunker right away. First drop lasted about 2hrs of steady picken of fish up to 30lbs till the blues showed up. So we decided to finish the trip off with some seabass with a 5 to 1 keeper ratio we must of caught 100 fish only keeping 20 between 4 guys. Weeks to come should move some bigger fish in.

Nov. 24 2008 Happy Turkey Day! Ill be posting my winter reports for Blacks, Cod, Seabass and my trip to texas in March! ONE ON!
Nov.20 Thursday was the only brake as far as weather the whole week was a blow out and the weekend didn't look any better so I decided to call up a few regulars last minute good thing they came this was our last trip for this season got out about 1:30 started fishing the top of the out going tide the bite was on we had our limit in less then 2hrs birds were all over the place we put the wire out with shad's made 1 pass we had double and triple header's BLUES so we pulled the wire up and headed over to Sandy hook and picked up some striper's on bait to finish off the season.
Nov.17 Monday we fished open boat with four guys and had non-stop action with tog up to 5 lbs and some nice sea bass everyone just about had there limit of black fish when the bite slowed down we put the jigs on for some striper's, the blues were thick. once you got past the blues if you bounced your jig of the bottom you would hook up with the striper's sitting below the blues we ended with 3 keeper striper's around half a dozen shorts and tons of blues most of which were released.
Nov.14 Friday Fished the morning for Black Fish with Dan Fishman and crew spotty made a few drops producing 11 keepers on greenies with some porgies mixed in. We had bluefish busting all around us warm temps got these fish confused. Tight lines.
